    Have been unable to download this book to my iPad, which was the purpose of my purchase. Am able to open and read it from my desktop Mac and my iPhone. As to the contents of the book, I love the 15 minute workout format. It’s perfect for incorporating manageable portions of time into my day.

    Absolutely love this format! I travel for a living and use this while in my hotel. Can choose whichever program I want and she is right there to guide me along. Would love to see more training and educational books for adults in this format. Ballroom Dancing? Zumba? How to play poker? Languages? I want more!
