    When I bought this book, I did not realize that the guided meditations were in audio form. A link is provided that takes you to a screen addressing you as a kindle owner. You are given instructions which say to download, then unzip, then add to your MP3 player by USB cable. Although it does not indicate it, you probably can listen on your computer. But, it seems that the authors want you to use an MP3 player. So, this is not a turnkey book. If that is what you are looking for.
